Victoria has a passion for people and an understanding of what motivates and drives them to be successful, particularly when navigating change. She is skilled in coaching teams and individuals and enjoys the complexity of challenging situations whether they are interpersonal or business-focused. She draws upon her successful previous careers in investment banking firm BNP Paribas and later as a successful head hunter and entrepreneur in executive placement, founding Fig Tree – both of which add depth and insight to her coaching.
Victoria is qualified as an executive coach in 2013 having trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), as well as Nancy Kline, and is influenced by her continued study and practice in Gestalt coaching. Her most recent CPD is training in the HeartMath tool, which is a powerful tool to help support clients with stress management. Victoria enjoys working with her clients to help them with resilience and stress management to enable them to be self-aware and to work at their best.
Victoria has a qualified Hogan Psychometric Practitioner and delivers Hogan-based leadership programmes to understand and improve self-awareness and team dynamics. Her clients include major financial services firms where she works mainly at MD and Director level as well as major corporates and fintech companies (ICBC Standard Bank, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Greencoat Capital, HG Capital, JLL, Draper Esprit). Victoria has also worked with some smaller tech companies and small business leaders and, in addition, is interested in career coaching and career transition on top of this. Her main themes include managing workload and stress management, leading through change, and coaches new to being leaders of teams.
She has experience working across Europe and Asia and speaks English, French and Spanish. Victoria is accredited by the ICF and EMCC.
