FELICITY DACE
Executive Coach & Consultant
UNITED KINGDOM | LONDON
Summary
Felicity specialises in working with leaders who wish to take a more human approach to leadership - leading with purpose and empathy, developing their emotional intelligence and building a culture of psychological safety through prioritising inclusivity and wellbeing. She also has experience of working with individuals who are neurodivergent or who have had mental health challenges, based on her skillset across coaching, counselling and somatic practices.
Coaching Style
Building on her previous experience of coaching senior leaders more broadly, Felicity has developed a specialism in working with those challenged with their mental health and looking for expert support to identify limiting beliefs, calm the nervous system and re-align to who they are at their best,. Those she work with highlight that through becoming more self aware, they develop their leadership competence overall by increasing their ability to be authentic, curious, compassionate and to drive meaningful change. Felicity also provides education as a keynote speaker and through training/facilitation around mental health and neuro-diversity related challenges. She takes an empathetic approach to her work but is not afraid to challenge where she believes it will benefit her clients. Her personal and professional focus around mental health, along with her corporate experience, enable her to use a mix of coaching and therapeutic skills to work with both the body and mind, based on her background and learnings using emotional intelligence, neuroscience and the nervous system.
Professional Experience
Felicity came to coaching following a 20-year career in consulting and in-house talent development roles primarily in Financial Services. Working with senior leaders and their teams, she focussed on developing talent strategy, executive assessment programmes, and the deployment of team and individual coaching. She also focussed on educating senior leaders around mental health and neuro-diversity and encouraging open and trust-based communications on these topics within teams. Felicity’s experience ranges across the Financial Services, Consulting, and Communication and Technology sectors.
