Anna’s incisive and pragmatic coaching style catalyses change in leaders and their teams. Her work over the last decade as executive coach and leadership counsellor spans from SME founders, owners and CEOs to C-1 in large complex organisations. Anna quickly helps clients to develop a clear view of their strengths and liabilities both at individual and team level, resulting in increased leadership effectiveness, productivity, and profitability. ​

Anna thrives in developing business leaders to effective coaches and runs highly effective and popular leadership programmes as well as the ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes underpinning them. Her skills as team coach and coach trainer have earnt her a Global Faculty position in CRR Global, one of the preeminent team coaching schools, and she regularly trains coaches in Europe, Asia and Africa. Anna is a Professional Certified Coach (awarded by the International Coaching Federation), and certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle 360 and EQ-i 2.0 tools.​

Anna’s first career as economist with wide-ranging experience in the financial services industry honed her business and finance acumen. She was consistently ranked top-3 in external client assessments for emerging markets equity strategy at Merrill Lynch in London. Later, Anna held several positions at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), including managing the macro-prudential policy and analysis team and advising the top management at the FSA during the 2008 banking crisis. She has Masters in Economics from University of Cambridge and Masters in Finance from London Business School.​

Anna is a citizen of the world and highly accomplished in working in diverse, multicultural teams and contexts having spent 15 years in the UK and 10 years in Asia. Anna speaks 5 European languages and a smattering of Singlish.
