UK / IRELAND
Barbara is a highly experienced executive coach with fifteen years of coaching expertise, underpinned by a successful career in Financial Services. She combines her extensive coaching experience with her business acumen to help leaders and teams unlock performance. Her extensive experience allows her to identify performance barriers quickly and address them effectively at both the individual and team level.
Barbara has worked extensively with senior leaders and executive teams across a range of sectors, with particular depth in Financial Services. Having built her career in a global investment bank, she understands the realities of fast-paced, performance-driven environments and brings a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to support her clients in change. She acts as a constructive and honest thinking partner who challenges with positive intent and holds her clients accountable for the goals they want to achieve. She excels at building self-awareness - helping clients recognise how they either support or obstruct their own progress - and then equipping them with a tailored leadership toolkit to lead themselves and influence others with impact.
Barbara began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she led the Global Equities. At Goldman her passion for developing people, teams, and strong performance cultures took root. Over the past fifteen years, she has coached numerous leaders and teams, developing a sharp eye for performance blockers in individuals, teams and businesses and the strategies needed to address them.
Barbara holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics, an Honours Degree in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin, and a Post Grad in Executive and Business Coaching from the University of Chester. She is a Professionally Certified Coach with 12 years of experience of working with Hogan, as well as being a NED Board Member.
