Summary
Kate is an executive and team coach with over 20 years of leadership and coaching experience, including 13 years at Morgan Stanley where she sat on the European Equity Operating Committee. Whilst at Morgan Stanley, Kate also led Talent Development initiatives, designing and delivering leadership programmes and team coaching interventions for Managing and Executive Directors.
Since transitioning full time into coaching 7+ years ago, she has partnered with C-suite and senior leaders across Investment Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, FMCG, Fintech, and high-growth businesses, helping them navigate complexity, shift behaviour, and deliver meaningful results through 1:1 coaching, high-performing team workshops, and bespoke leadership programmes.

Professional Experience
During her time at Morgan Stanley, Kate led the HR Business Partner team for the Equity Division, learning first-hand the challenges senior executives face in leading and growing a competitive and fast-paced business, managing multiple stakeholder relationships, whilst bringing their people with them. Kate has also worked across multinationals and startups, with experience in coaching C-suite, Managing Director and Executive Directors.
Qualifications
Kate gained her coaching qualification through the Barefoot Certified Business and Personal Coach programme and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is certified in Hogan, MBTI, DiSC and Core Strengths and holds an ORSC team coaching certificate.
Personal Interests
Kate likes to maintain a balanced and active lifestyle. She regularly practices Pilates and is a keen walker and snowboarder. Kate loves to travel, exploring new cultures and destinations. She relocated from London to Bristol in 2018, where she lives with her husband and son.
