Executive Coach & Consultant
UNITED KINGDOM | SOUTH WEST
Kate brings over 20 years of experience working within Financial Services, spending 5 years at AXA UK and 13 years at Morgan Stanley. During her time at MS, Kate was responsible for increasing leadership capability through 1:1 coaching, team and group coaching and high potential leadership and management development programmes.
In 2011 she was asked to lead the Equity HR team, where she sat on the European Equity Operating Board. During that time, Kate learned first-hand the challenges senior executives face in leading and growing a competitive and fast-paced business, managing multiple stakeholder relationships, whilst bringing their people with them.
In 2015 she moved back to the talent and leadership space, setting up an internal coaching practice for Managing/Executive Directors. As well as 1:1 coaching, she led the design and facilitation of high potential leadership programmes and team coaching interventions, focusing on developing clear vision and strategy, increasing team/group capability and communication.
Through her pragmatic and commercial approach, use of practical tools, methodology and belief in the individual, Kate creates an environment that supports sustainable change and growth. Kate’s style is challenging whilst grounded with warmth and humour. The key themes she enjoys are relationships with complex stakeholders, driving performance in the individual and the team, career transitions and developing authentic executive leadership.
Kate trained as an Executive Coach through a Postgraduate Certificate with the University of Chester in 2007 and is a qualified Hogan, MBTI and Strengths Deployment Inventory Psychometric Practitioner. Kate is accredited by the EMCC and ICF.
In addition to her core competency in investment banks, asset management and private equity, Kate has worked across multi nationals, with experience in coaching C-Suite, Managing Director and Executive Directors.
