Project Management Training Program

Objectives

• Analyse and gather client requirements

• Prepare, organise, lead, and report on meetings

• Develop a project plan using a Gantt chart

• Estimate project costs

• Formulate and present a sales proposal

• Write a functional specification document

• Write a technical specification document

• Structure and manage a multidisciplinary team

• Participants can create a complete project schedule

• Improved presentation and pitching skills

• Ability to distinguish functional vs non-functional requirements

• Use of structured requirement collection tools/templates

• Fewer scope changes due to misunderstanding

• Improved client satisfaction regarding needs analysis

• Action tracking compliance improves

Pre-requisites:

This training requires no prerequisites; however, basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) is strongly recommended.

Rates:

Fixed daily rate 6000€ per day per trainer​
