Liz is an experienced business leader, programme director, change agent and coach. She works with leaders and teams to drive high performance and enable business transformation and positive change. Her focus is on change leadership, strategy, engagement and communications. She has also worked with start-ups/scale ups as their businesses develop, helping professionalise and scale their operations and business processes, develop their commercial operations and drive a compelling employee and client experience. A seasoned programme director herself, with a Big 4 Consulting firm she has significant experience architecting and delivering client focused business development, growth-enabling and transformation programmes and is adept at in managing stakeholders in a complex international business matrix.
Liz is a proven builder and fixer, she sees the big pLiicture, identifies patterns and synthesises complex issues to find impactful solutions and programmes. Action oriented, she has a clear focus on impact and end results and her extensive business background means she can relate to her clients and draw upon her own experience when working with them. Liz also uses storytelling in her work as a means of engaging with stakeholders to create a compelling vision and journey for change.
As a coach, Liz’s focus is on helping others become their best, authentic selves - aligning who they are with what they do. She’s passionate about bringing more humanity into business and believes that high performance comes from congruence between individual, team and organisational purpose. Warm, high energy, with a positive outlook and a very straightforward, human approach to her work, Liz blends deep listening with curiosity, pragmatism and the right levels of challenge.
Liz is a qualified EMCC Coach with a Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Practitioner level. Clients include Barclays, Cabinet Office, Tesco, Nationwide, Network Rail, BP, Direct Wines, Pret a Manger, the MoJ and Tui. With a BA Honours in languages, she is also fluent in French.
Liz spent over 20 years as a Director at KPMG. Her early career was in proposals where she built and led corporate bid teams and coached on major pursuits. With a keen interest in leadership and human performance, she specialised in behaviour change, relationship programmes, leadership development and team dynamics. Liz has led a number of impactful business and behaviour change programmes both for KPMG and with their clients.
