Liz’s focus is on helping her coachees to maximise their impact and influence whilst staying true to their best, authentic selves. With a warm, high-energy and positive outlook, she takes a practical and pragmatic approach and blends curiosity, insightful questioning with the right levels of challenge for each coachee. She is committed to helping her clients make small but impactful shifts to enhance their performance. Liz also draws from her own business background and extensive coaching experience when working with her clients to share relevant insights and stories.
Professional Experience
Liz spent 20+ years as a Director at KPMG. Initially leading KPMG’s international pursuits network, her interest in leadership and human performance, led her to specialise in behaviour change, leadership development, team dynamics & relationship programmes. She led events and programmes for senior KPMG Partners and then as Head of Strategic Client Relationships, she ran a suite of programmes for KPMG and their clients, including market leading development programmes for senior business leaders.
Qualifications
Liz is a qualified EMCC Coach with a Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Practitioner level. Clients include Barclays, Cabinet Office, Tesco, Nationwide, Network Rail, BP, Direct Wines, Pret a Manger, the MoJ and Tui. With a BA Honours in languages, she is also fluent in French.
Personal Interests
Liz is a keen musician and is interested in different cultures and languages. Her pro-bono includes working with young adults as they navigate their early careers, and coaching leaders at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
