Team leaders, Senior managers and department heads

Objectives

• Structure the organisation, clarify roles and objectives to effectively manage performance.
• Strengthen the hands-on management approach and team motivation.
• Establish practices for communication and constructive feedback.
• Manage tensions and foster cooperation within teams.
• Ensure the monitoring and sustainability of good managerial practices.

Indicators for success:

• Assessment scores on performance management concepts

• Increase in use of planning and prioritisation tools

• Reduction in role overlap or duplicated work

• Improvement in team productivity/performance metrics

Pre-requisites:

Hold or be preparing for a managerial or supervisory role;

Have direct responsibility for coordinating or leading teams

Demonstrate willingness to apply managerial tools and practices in their daily work

Rates:

Fixed fee: €13,150 excl. VAT, or €1,095 per person
Premises and materials are the responsibility of the company

Operational details:

Initial assessment - 7 confidential 45-minute one-to-one interviews

5 two-hour group online training sessions + review

1 hour of preparation and 1 hour of debriefing

 Up to 12 participants, 1 trainer
