Michael is a highly experienced coach and ex head of equity sales at J.P. Morgan, having worked for more than 25 years in finance.

As a successful leader, Michael’s coaching techniques draw from experience gained from a varied career in finance managing sales teams of over 300 people and responsible for their generation of of market leading revenues (over $1bio). He has a wide ranging experience of hiring, compensation, promotion, mentoring, advising the MD Selection Committee and externally dealing with pension funds, banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, startups and asset managers.

Michael has coached and mentored a huge range of executives in large institutions. Michael particularly enjoys working on the strategy and purpose of individuals and broader teams. Having worked in a variety of financial institutions himself (Dresdner KB, SocGen and J.P. Morgan latterly) and in high-pressure environments, Michael is well-placed to support clients in similar positions.

Bilingual in English and French, a PhD in Engineering and Hogan trained, Michael works across all sectors and diverse cultures. Equally happy to coach in French or English he partners with clients on issues ranging from promotions, MD support, strategic reviews, and managing teams.

Michael has strong leadership experience whose key focus is to support executives becoming the best version of themselves whilst leading effectively.
