Sabah has 15 years experience as an executive coach. Sabah works with DEI issues, cultural integration, ESG, emotional intelligence, conscious leadership and dynamic communications. The daughter of a diplomat, Sabah has lived in over 10 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, Egypt, Britain, U.S.A., Poland, Yemen, Mexico, India, and the U.A.E., giving her a deep understanding and insight into the importance of culture & tradition. She particularly enjoys working where inter-cultural issues are prevalent and/or to support a leader challenged with DEI issues.
Professional Experience
Sabah is a dynamic, multilingual Executive Coach and Transformation Consultant with 15 years of international business exposure in Europe, Russia, the Middle East and South Asia. She started her professional career as a Strategy Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has extensive experience with strategy implementation, business process re-engineering and project planning with a range of multinational clients in the Retail, Technology, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Government and Media sectors.
Qualifications
In addition to her Masters in Management Science, from the London School of Economics she further specialised with a Masters from INSEAD in Consulting and Coaching for Change which focuses on creating and impacting change within self, teams, organisations, and communities through creation of a contained/safe space and art of facilitation. Sabah’s thesis and specialisation focused on integrating teams and creating team identity.
Personal Interests
Sabah is passionate about contributing back to society and is involved in various charitable initiatives including guest MC and Auctioneer for UNICEF, FLAME (Friends of Literacy and Mass Education) which runs home based schooling for street children in remote areas of Pakistan, where she trained teachers in delivery and worked with health workers to monitor children’s access to safe drinking water.
