As the former Head of Strategy for BG Group and a C-Suite leader at Rio Tinto, he has a proven track record in leading $1bn+ P&Ls, major business transformations and large-scale organisational change. Professional Experience
Keith spent 18 years with Rio Tinto with roles in line business leadership, investment analysis and strategy with direct P&L leadership of >$1bn pa businesses and also led major strategic transformation and post-merger integration programs. He has extensive C-Suite and Board exposure and broad international experience. Keith was Head of Corporate Strategy for BG Group, a major UK oil & gas producer, working directly with the CEO and Board on Group-wide strategy. Keith has coached in many sectors including: Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Telecoms, Consumer Goods, Luxury Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Defence, Engineering, Automotive and in major corporations including: Shell, Centrica, Vodafone, Unilever, GSK, Thales, Apollo Tyres, Abbvie Pharmaceuticals, LVMH.
Qualifications
Keith has a BSc in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance, as well as a PGCert in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. Keith is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF.
