While change can be hard, Rob has a passion for developing people, teams and flourishing performance cultures.
Professional Experience
Rob brings three decades of business and investing experience, including thousands of meetings with C-suite executives across industries. Rob was promoted to Managing Director in 2006 and has spent 20 years managing, mentoring, and coaching leaders at all levels. He has had a front row seat in technological innovation over the last 30 years, including serving as Head of Innovation & Technology at Citi Global Insights, where he researched, published, and spoke regularly on AI and on the Future of Work.
Qualifications
Rob holds a Masters in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change, is a qualified Executive Coach, an EMCC Senior Practitioner, has a BSc (Econ) degree in Accounting and Management and passed the AIIMR (Associate of the Institute of Investment Management & Research) as a prize-winner in Interpretation of Accounts & Corporate Finance.
Personal Interests
Based near London with his wife and 4 children, Rob enjoys adventure, sports, and has travelled extensively.
