As the author of ’AI – Anarchy or Abundance?’ and a Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey's Future of Work Research Centre, his work focuses on pro-human leadership in our AI-driven age.

Professional Experience
Rob spent over two decades at Citi in senior leadership roles, including Head of Research for EMEA (c. 200 people), Managing Director and Global Research Product Head (c. 1,000 people), and Head of Innovation, Technology and the Future of Work. He led research teams to top rankings – from #7 to #1 in the UK, #9 to #2 in Western Europe, and #7 to #1 globally – experience that gives him a sharp understanding of what high-performance leadership requires. Rob has published over 60 papers on innovation topics and advised C-suite leaders, investors, and policymakers worldwide. Earlier in his career, Rob ran Citi’s US Equity Sales desk, was a #1 ranked Global TMT Salesperson, and a US Fund Manager.

Masters in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change. EMCC Senior Practitioner. Visiting Professor of the Future of Work. BSc in Accounting and Management. AIIMR prize-winner.
Personal Interests
