Rob brings three decades of business and investing experience, including thousands of meetings with C-suite executives across industries. He has had a front row seat in technological innovation over the last 30 years, including serving as Head of Innovation & Technology at Citi Global Insights, where he researched, published, and spoke regularly on AI and on the Future of Work. Rob has managed high performing US, EMEA and Global (of c.1000) teams and as Head of Research led Citi’s team to #1 in the UK, #2 in EMEA, and #1 worldwide.
Rob is a solution-focused, energised thinking partner, combining a strategic and commercial and approach with exploration, challenge, and encouragement. He draws from a variety of tools and experiences to deliver a tailored, flexible, coaching experience, centered around the client’s goals. While change can be hard, Rob has a passion for developing people, teams and flourishing performance cultures.
Driven to help senior leaders and their teams thrive and excel during change, Rob has a particular specialism in helping senior leaders in new roles, focusing on vision, strategy, stakeholder engagement, leadership style and personal growth; supporting leaders through technological and organisational transformations; and helping leaders build engaged, aligned, and high-performing teams.
Rob was promoted to Managing Director in 2006 and has spent 20 years managing, mentoring, and coaching leaders at all levels. Rob holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is an EMCC Senior Practitioner.
Based near London with his wife and four children, Rob enjoys adventure, sports, and has travelled extensively.
