Executive Coach & Consultant
AMERICAS – NEW YORK
As an Executive Coach, Peter brings to his clients the full breadth of 36 years of professional leadership experience in Financial Services. Peter has seen the challenges executives face first hand. He has led teams through turbulent bull and bear markets, from economic crises to turnarounds whilst serving in commercial and CEO roles in investment banking across global emerging markets.
His impact as an executive coach is augmented by three decades of working in world’s most exciting emerging economies managing diverse cultural complexity. Whether as Senior MD of Emerging Market Fixed-Income at Bear Stearns or CEO of Sberbank-CIB, the U.S. broker-dealer owned by Russia's largest bank, no role was more enjoyable to Peter than when managing and mentoring his people. He is proud to have watched many former colleagues achieve outstanding success.
In 2019 Peter trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching with the conviction to enable executives to maximize their full potential and that of their teams. His coaching practice is focused on senior executive leaders and high potentials from a variety of industries.
Peter’s coaching approach is steeped in the Hudson Institute’s methodology, which has been developed over 30 years of research, and is blended with real world knowledge. He serves as a confidential thought partner with clients, helping them establish and achieve clear goals; including: developing executive presence, improving communication and collaboration, giving and receiving feedback more effectively and often focuses on changing habits that “get in the way” of developing one’s highest potential.
Peter received his Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and his ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation. He received a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York and Bachelor of Arts from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
