Professional Experience
Jennifer has held numerous corporate, coaching, and consulting positions over the past 25 years, including those in brand management, sales and marketing, and Investment Banking at companies including Johnson & Johnson, General Mills and Kidder, Peabody. Jennifer provides pro bono coaching for United Nations executives as well as for the CEO and ELT of Dress for Success Global. She provides executive coaching for the World Economic Forum, and is an executive coach for INSEAD. She uses her experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy and managing P&Ls in a matrix organisation to inform her coaching.
Qualifications
Jennifer received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BA from Tufts University, and is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and as a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training Institute. She is also certified in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC) by the Centre for Right Relationship and is certified as a Relational Trauma Coach (CRTC) by BEabove Leadership. She is a certified practitioner for the Hogan Assessments, the Leadership Circle Profile and the Global Executive Leadership Mirror 360 assessments, and Team Coaching International’s team assessments.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys painting, traveling, and singing. She also loves spending time with her kids, pup, and big extended family, especially during their annual 40-person trip to family camp in the Poconos.
