Penny was formerly a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase where her global roles included Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific and senior HR Executive positions for Investment Banking, Global Markets and Finance, Technology and Operations. She has extensive experience in business and cultural transformation including strategy realignments, mergers, offshoring and outsourcing, and organisational redesign. She has spent over 18 years living in Asia and is now based in New York.
