Miguel is a seasoned global leader, executive coach and change leadership consultant with over 25 years of experience in complex business environments.

Miguel works with senior leaders and their teams from a variety of industries across the globe, assisting them to establish and drive their vision, develop their leadership skills, and lead transformational and organisational excellence effectively. His multicultural executive background and psychodynamic approach to leadership study enables him to partner with his clients from multiple cultures and backgrounds to enhance their individual and organisational leadership capability by creating and holding a reflective and thought-provoking space in which the balance of awareness, challenge, support, and accountability to action can take place.

Before working as a coach, Miguel developed his career as a global leader in the Technology industry and has held several senior leadership roles in the areas of General Management, Sales, Business Development, and Operations. He worked as Corporate Vice-President and President of Latin America Operations at Sun Microsystems and Motorola Solutions, and as a VP and Global Head of Sales and Channels Operations at Zebra Technologies. As a GM, he led multicultural and cross-functional teams through multiple challenging business dynamics, including managing multi-product and services P&L, executing operational turnarounds, delivering aggressive revenue, profitability and market share growth and M&A integration activities.

Miguel is a ICF Master Certified Coach and holds a Master's Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change, with distinction at INSEAD. He is an experienced practitioner of multiple Personality and Leadership Development Assessments, including Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, Benchmarks 360, MBTI and FIRO. He is a Member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital.
