Highly skilled at creating a positive and confidential environment that evokes trust, Elizabeth coaches a wide variety of individuals as well as facilitating group and team coaching. She is also a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator on women’s empowerment, resilience & mindset and the non-linear path to success. In addition to her work with Aesara Partners, Elizabeth works internationally as a member of INSEAD’s coaching faculty, with The Kets De Vries Institute (KDVI) in London, UK CEDEP and ESMT Business School in Berlin, Germany where she won the 2018 Best Coaching Case Award at the annual Coaching Colloquia.
Professional Experience
Elizabeth’s background includes nearly 20 years in executive recruiting in Financial Services where she was included in the exclusive Recruiter’s Roundtable profiles with On Wall Street magazine. Prior, she was a successful trial lawyer, who worked on the plaintiff’s side for product liability and class action litigation in both US federal and state court. Her career started in finance at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers & Acquisitions department in New York City. Her depth of industry expertise is as versatile as it is broad, which she finds keeps her work interesting and serves her client knowledge and proficiency.
Qualifications
In addition to a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and a MFA in Writing from SUNY Stony Brook, Elizabeth has a Juris Doctoriate from Loyola University. She is a certified Professional Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute-CTI, the International Coaching Federation, has a certificate in Systemic Team Coaching through the Academy of Executive Coaching of London. She is certified to deliver the Hogan Leadership Assessment & 360 and the Leadership Versatility Index 360 as well as having extensive experience with KDVI’s GELM 360.
Personal Interests
Elizabeth is an athlete, yogi and published author. She enjoys languages and adventure, only needing Australia to have landed on every continent. Pro Bono work includes the Humanitarian Coaching Network and the nonprofit Dress for Success in additional to local causes and the Arts.
