For nearly two decades at Google, Jen led Sales and Business Development for Fortune 500 clients across industries and global agency holding companies. She spearheaded large-scale digital transformation initiatives, crafted high-impact growth strategies, and negotiated first-to-market advertising partnerships. A pioneer in ad tech, Jen earned a reputation as a trusted advisor – helping clients navigate shifting business models and lead through complexity. Qualifications
Jen has completed the Hudson Coach Certification Program (Hudson Institute of Coaching), is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, a qualified Hogan Psychometric Practitioner, a Cornell University graduate (BA in Theatre Arts), and trained in Positive Intelligence.
Personal Interests
Jen is an avid runner, poet and an advocate for neurodivergence. She is pursuing advanced certification to coach adults with ADHD.
