Jen brings over 25 years of world-class business strategy and development expertise in Tech, Advertising and Sales to her coaching work.

At Google for the last two decades, Jen led Sales and Business Development with Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries and agency holding companies where she has built and executed digital transformation and growth plans and negotiated large scale, first-to-market advertising deals. As an early entrant into ad tech, Jen has helped her clients navigate the complexity of ever-changing business models, earning her reputation as a trusted advisor with business leaders and high-performance teams.

Using a whole person approach, Jen creates a trusted space for impactful inquiry and co-creation with her executive coaching clients. Having spent the last ten years designing and facilitating leadership programmes across all levels as Faculty of Google’s School for Leaders, Jen is passionate about helping leaders find their voice, value and volition. Business leaders know she "gets it” and brings real-world experience leading businesses, interacting with clients and motivating teams. Jen is a celebrated public speaker, America’s Top facilitator of #Iamremarkable (a global movement to advance self-promotion skills for women and underrepresented groups), and a long-time lead of Women@ Google NYC, driving inclusivity and employee engagement across the the second largest global employee community.

She graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Theatre Arts and trained as an executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Jen’s theatre background has been an asset throughout her professional and coaching career, enabling her to engage audiences and help others express themselves better. She is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation and and is a qualified Hogan Psychometric Practitioner.
