Professional Experience

Lucas’s career spans SE Asia and China in a variety of sectors, including government agencies, management consulting, and a tech unicorn. Lucas was an early member and a senior executive at Sea Group (NYSE: SE), playing a significant role in growing the company from a thirty-member start-up into the largest tech company from SE Asia with 30,000 employees in ten years. As the VP of the Group CEO’s office, Lucas worked directly with the founder on strategic initiatives, including capital raising, strategic planning, and critical partnerships.

Qualifications

Lucas holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford, and a B.A. in Computer Science from Cambridge. He is trained as an executive coach with the ICF accredited Neuro-Leadership Institute and Bailey-Balfour, and is certified to deliver Hogan assessment. Lucas is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. In addition to Executive Coaching, Lucas is an accomplished facilitator at the National University of Singapore Business School.
