Professional Experience
Lucas's career spans Southeast Asia and China across government, management consulting, and tech. He was an early employee and senior executive at Sea Group (NYSE: SE), where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a 30-person startup into Southeast Asia's largest tech company — growing to over 30,000 employees across a decade. As CEO of Singapore and Malaysia and VP of the Group CEO's Office, Lucas worked directly alongside the founder on high-stakes strategic initiatives including capital raising, long-range planning, and key partnerships.
Qualifications
Lucas holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford, and a B.A. in Computer Science from Cambridge. He is trained as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, and an executive coach with the ICF accredited Neuro-Leadership Institute and Bailey-Balfour, and is certified to deliver Hogan assessment. Lucas is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. In addition to Executive Coaching, Lucas is an accomplished facilitator at the National University of Singapore Business School.
