As a coach with 20 years’ experience, Louise works with executives to develop their individual leadership capability and lead high-performing teams and organisations. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Louise forged her career in sales leadership in the technology industry. She developed her commercial leadership skills while working in corporates such as Racal, HP and Fuji Xerox as well as several technology start-ups that achieved successful NASDAQ IPOs.
Louise’s coaching experience has been with both individual leaders and executive teams in a wide variety of industries and professions including technology, FMCG, finance and banking, real estate, engineering, resources, energy, construction, consulting, law firms, federal/state government, hospitality, and education. She has coached executives at all levels of organisations from CEOs and senior leadership teams, through senior managers, and high potential candidates. Having previously been based in Singapore for 7 years, she has significant experience working with clients leading diverse teams and working in a global leadership context. Geographically, she has coached clients in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, US, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, India, and Vietnam.
She is known as a commercially savvy, results-orientated coach who keeps her clients focused on the impact their development has on their own and the organisation’s success. As well as working with leaders and teams to achieve their development and performance objectives, she works with her clients over the longer-term, helping them to achieve strategic goals both personally and for the organisation, and to navigate transitions to new organisations or more senior roles.
Louise has a bachelor’s degree in education, a Masters of Organisational Coaching (University of Sydney) and a Doctorate in Executive Coaching (Middlesex University, UK). Louise’s background enables her to provide effective results-focused coaching based on a sound understanding of what is required for sustained behavioural change and individual development.
