Having previously lived and worked in Singapore for 7 years, she has significant experience working with clients leading diverse teams in a global leadership context. She supports her clients to link high-level organisational strategy to local implementation.

Louise’s business background is in the Technology industry working for both large global organisations and startups in the UK, Europe and Australia. Her experience in large companies in sales, change, and strategy roles has given her a a strong understanding of how to influence and lead strategic change programs. She has strong commercial and entrepreneurial skills, understanding the growth cycles of businesses and how to scale up to achieve success as well as the ability to craft and operationalise strategy. She has board experience at startup companies working to raise capital or achieve IPO stage.

Qualifications

Louise has a bachelor’s degree in education, a Masters of Organisational Coaching (University of Sydney) and a Doctorate in Executive Coaching (Middlesex University, UK). Louise’s background enables her to provide effective results-focused coaching based on a sound understanding of what is required for sustained behavioural change and individual development. ​
