Qualifications
Katherine holds a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was a Sloan Fellow, and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional and an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Certified Individual and Team Coach. She is an Associate of the Institute of Coaching (Harvard/McLean) and the International Coaching Federation. She is also accredited to use Hogan, Saville, and DiSC psychometric assessments.
