Katherine brings compassion, candour, and insight to her executive coaching relationships. Building on mutual trust and open communication, she helps leaders tackle personal and professional challenges, elevate their influence, and seize growth opportunities with confidence.

With an extensive background in international business and coaching, she works with teams to identify pathways for excellence in achieving corporate agendas. She helps them identify how they can collectively contribute to developing a competitive edge in measurable and sustainable ways.

Katherine’s focus on clarity of purpose, agility and results for individuals and teams is a product of more than 20 years of wide-ranging executive experience. Multiculturalism is a way of life for Katherine. Originally from Canada, she lived in Rome, London, Beijing, Taipei, Boston and Ottawa before calling Hong Kong home in 2003. Her inherent appreciation of both the value and challenge of capitalising on diverse perspectives is highly valued by her clients.
