Summary
With 15 years experience in executive coaching with senior leaders, teams and organisations, Nathalie has built a strong reputation in one-to-one, strategic team coaching and leadership programmes working with leaders, leadership teams and HR to design winning strategies, define ways of working, and deliver sustainable growth. In 2018, Nathalie co-founded Aesara Partners, a global executive coaching business with offices in the UK, France, America and Asia with more than 50 coaches supporting over 150 clients worldwide.

Nathalie is passionate about identifying and unlocking potential to ensure that her clients achieve everything of which they are capable. Her main coaching themes are strategic vision, business strategy design & performance, high performing leadership teams, behavioural change, cascade & communication to engage the whole organisation, relationships with the board and the executive team, leadership development, transition coaching and leadership programmes.
Professional Experience
Nathalie’s career has focused on Financial Communications, Public Relations, Brand Strategy and Marketing. She started her career in Investment Banking at UBS and Merrill Lynch before specialising in financial communications at Hill & Knowlton and Citigate Dewe Rogerson and Fin International in London. Nathalie has worked with senior management committees, executive boards and leaders in organisations such as Calyon, Amundi, and General Electric, to help them design and implement corporate brand and communications programmes. In 2003, she relocated to Paris to provide on-the-ground support for French clients, coaching and supporting senior executives in cultural and communications challenges and strategic corporate positioning.
Qualifications
She holds a Masters in Banking and Finance from the University of Pantheon-Assas. She is currently receiving group supervision from Helga St Blaize, UKCP accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. Nathalie is accredited by the ICF and EMCC.
Personal Interests
Nathalie is an active sports practitioner (tennis and cycling) and enjoys cooking and wine tasting. Nathalie has two sons including one son who suffers from dyspraxia and is involved in a few school associations in Paris to provide support to children with special needs.
