Professional Experience​

With over 20 years of experience in human resources development and communication, Lucile has acquired recognised expertise in sectors as varied as luxury goods, e-commerce, energy, and construction. ​​

After supporting executives at major groups, notably Bouygues and Kering, Lucile launched her own organisational consulting and executive coaching business.

Qualifications

Lucile completed the Executive Coaching programme at the University of Chester (UK), is a graduate of the French Press Institute, and holds a DEA (Master’s degree) in Information and Communication Sciences.
