His career includes leading large-scale transformations such as restructuring, digital initiatives, regulatory adaptation, and post-M&A integration, as well as building and scaling businesses from the ground up. He has advised at board and executive committee level on strategy, risk, and governance, while consistently driving growth and performance. Today, he leverages this extensive experience to support senior leaders and organisations in navigating complexity, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and building resilient, future-ready businesses.

Jacques graduated from Kedge Business School. He is accredited by the ICF and holds a DISC model certification for individuals and teams.

Personal Interests

Jacques lives in the French Alps and is a great fan of hiking, trailing, mountain biking, skiing. His wife and his 3 kids are vital to him.
