Coaching Style​

Claire works at the crossroads of 3 fields of passion and expertise: supporting leaders and their teams in a collective adventure of transformation, enabling startups/scale-ups to meet the challenge of growth, and supporting young people who are searching for meanings to reveal their talent. She has dedicated 30 years to various companies, leading numerous projects with international artists, elite athletes, extreme adventurers, marginalised communities (deaf, Alzheimer’s patients, etc.), startup entrepreneurs, scale-ups and large companies. Claire is also a sophrologist, mental coach, corporate trainer and supervisor of coaches.​

Professional Experience​

Claire’s academic background in economics and business management, her 15 years’ experience as a founder and business leader, and 7 years as Chief People Officer in Franco-American companies has allowed her to thrive in diverse and enriching environments. She has served as a business partner on several executive committees of high-growth companies, initiating significant organisational and cultural transformations.

Qualifications

Claire is accredited in executive and organisational coaching by HEC Paris and trained in coach supervision (CSA London), social therapy, narrative practices, systemic analysis (ORSC), NLP, sophrology, therapy and philosophy, and Presence & Leadership. He/she also teaches at HEC on organisational culture and has created the H Factor and Hypergrowth leadership transformation programme, launching in 2025 at AKA Transformations Academy.

Personal Interests​

In 2024, Claire launched the association Accomplicité, which aims to help young people who have lost their way to define a project that allows them to become accomplished citizens.
