Laure strongly believes in the power of the individual. With resources at their fingertips, she sees a champion in everyone. She helps leaders become more aware of their strengths, talents and potential and thus, become ‘the best version of themselves’. Clients value her ability to create an alliance of trust and to offer a safe and open environment in the benefit of self-reflection, change and growth. Her main coaching themes are: personal development, career progression and transitions, talent development, authentic leadership, women leadership, individual and collective performance, vision and strategy, transformation, change management.
Professional Experience
Prior to her coaching career, Laure has 22 years of executive experience with multinationals. She started in 1998 with Sara Lee as Market Researcher, joining Danone in 2001 where she spent 16 years. In 2019 she headed to consultancy. Through all these years, Laure has managed multi-cultural teams and stakeholders in large and complex international matrix organisations. As Director of Danone digital transformation in Asia-Pacific, Laure played an instrumental role in making the organisation embrace change.
Qualifications
Laure is certified “Coach and Team” by Transformance Pro, Paris (Vincent Lenhardt). She also holds a certificate of Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner. She completed additional trainings in Transactional Analysis and “The Human Element” (Will Schutz). She is a member of ICF. She graduated from EDHEC Business School, Lille in 1995 and from Sciences Po, Paris in 1997.
Personal Interests
Laure is passionate about art and culture and spends most of her free time in books, cinemas, museums, theatres and concert halls. Travelling, exploring new places and cultures, cooking (and eating) and making pottery on the wheel are also part of her interests.
