Jérôme is a firm believer in the capacity of every human being to develop and thrive. Moreover, he believes
that when motivation and the right support is provided, this potential is limitless. In his coaching, at individual
and team level, he focuses on spotting and developing that potential. His empathic and pragmatic approach
is highly appreciated by his clients. He loves helping them clarify the challenges they encounter at their core,
before envisioning positive and strengths-based solutions. To him, high performance in human-centric
working cultures is the key to healthy and sustainably successful organisations. His main themes include
people & team leadership, manager and team performance, organisational/cultural development, as well as
DE&I and the development of inclusive leadership practices.
Jérôme is a business economist, a certified coach ICF PCC & team coach EMCC ITCA. He holds a DAS in
applied psychology and is a member of Swiss Association for Organisational Development. Thanks to his 10
years of practical management and leadership experience, he has a great track record in developing and
engaging people as well as in managing teams and in transforming organisations. Jérôme loves to team up
with leaders and their teams in ambitious transformational journeys both individually and as teams. He also
loves to work with the next generation of leaders, supporting key talents in developing a healthy mindset, an
authentic leadership style and impactful leadership practices. His facilitation approach is participative and co-creative to fully engage the participants in their learning journey.
He is based in Zurich/Switzerland and serves clients in German, English and French. In addition to his
coaching and training certifications, Jérôme is accredited in the Agile Leader (HOGAN/IMD/Metaberatung),
Leadership Motivation Inventory (LEAMO) Leadership Judgement indicator (LJI), Insights Discovery, JAAGOU,
Business-Focused Inventory of Personality (BIP) and in Lego® Serious Play®.
Coaching since 2013, he serves numerous clients at different levels (MD/ED/line managers, key talents as
well as Management Teams) in a variety of organisations, including financial services, professional services
and law firms, real estate, public and non-for-profit organisations.
