We are excited to announce that Laure Daoud has joined Aesara Partners’ Executive Coaching and Consulting Team in Europe.
Laure’s reflective and enabling coaching style draws on her extensive experience as an executive in multinationals and brings with it an astute understanding of complex international matrix organizations as well as an insightful focus on supporting individuals and teams to achieve excellence through transformation.
Laure’s career began in market research at Sara Lee 25 years ago. In 2001 she joined Danone where she held positions in Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Digital Transformation at local (France), regional (Asia-Pacific) and global levels. As Director of Danone digital transformation in Asia-Pacific, Laure was instrumental in instituting organisational and cultural change. She built a reputation for excellence in positively engaging senior executives on a new strategic direction and she led the implementation of disruptive business models, developing a new ‘mindset’ and ‘behaviour’ led culture. In 2019 Laure moved into consultancy and, as a Principal at CapGemini, she has led projects on ‘customer experience’ for clients in financial services and energy.
Laure is an “active and generous listener,” describing how she builds an “alliance of open trust” with clients which enables them to be both “self-reflective and the best versions of themselves.” Her commercial expertise and bespoke approach make her an ideal coach for strategic consultancy in leadership, transformation and change management. Her positive approach is highly valued by clients exploring their own personal development, career progression and transitions both as individuals and in teams.
