Isabelle has 30 years of corporate international leadership experience in strategy, organisational transformation and mergers in the Luxury and Beauty industry. She brings strong skills in intercultural relationships and matrix organisations.
Isabelle was an Executive Board member for more than 15 years as Marketing Communication and Innovation Director and SVP Business Unit General Manager. She is highly accomplished in delivering vision, shaping strategy and translating it into winning business outcomes. She led international teams (+200 people), managed organisational and cultural transformations. She has extensive expertise in designing strategic partnerships with clients such as Unilever, P&G, Coty, L'Oreal, Henkel, Beiersdorf, LVMH, Lafang, Natura, Victoria Secret, Estee Lauder.
Isabelle is passionate about people and individual diversity. She supports her clients in their personal development to contribute to collective performance. Isabelle is also a Strategy Consultant and conducts cultural and strategic transformations and helps her clients to develop the essential leadership skills they need to engage and generate true and impactful collective commitment.

Isabelle completed the Barefoot Executive Coaching training in the United Kingdom and is Clarity 4D accredited. She undertook two INSEAD programmes in International Strategy and MSIB (managerial and intercultural skills in business international), as well as as a Lean Management course from Porsche Consulting Group.

Isabelle was an Executive Board member for more than 15 years as Marketing Communication Director, then SVP Business Unit General Manager with Symrise, a leading provider of ingredients for perfumery, cosmetics and aromas.
She held General Management roles and led international teams (+200 people), managed organisational and cultural transformations as well as different business units.
She also contributed to the strategic development and innovation of brands in partnership with her clients such as Unilever, P&G, Coty, L’Oréal, Henkel, Beiersdorf, LVMH, Lafang, Natura, Victoria Secret, Estee Lauder…
