Drawing on her corporate and leadership expertise, her experience as an executive coach and her insight as a behavioural scientist, Barbara is uniquely positioned to create behavioural breakthroughs. She works across a range of sectors – Investment Banking, Private Equity, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Management Consulting. Barbara’s coaching style merges her extensive coaching experience with her successful career in Investment Banking. Barbara spent circa ten years at Goldman Sachs London where she was Head of Global Equities. At Goldman she led the business to a number one rank across the industry. She has a proven track record in building, leading and working with high performing teams. Barbara has experienced the systemic demands of fast-paced results driven organisations.
Barbara holds an MSc. in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, a Post Grad in Executive Coaching from the University of Chester and an Honours Degree in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin. She is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC), holds EMCC Accreditation and is Hogan Accredited with extensive experience of working with Hogan for both leadership teams and individuals.
