Aesara Partners Strengthens Its Operations In Europe With The Opening Of An Office In Lyon, France
Aesara Partners is delighted to announce the opening of their office in Lyon under
the leadership of Delphine Bert who joined Aesara Partners’ International Executive
Coaching and Consulting team in 2019. Aesara Partners is headquartered in
London with offices in France (Paris, Lyon), Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong,
Melbourne), and the Americas (Boston, NY, Buenos Aires).
Delphine qualified as a coach after 30 years of corporate experience in the FMCG
industry. This included over 10 years as an Executive Board member and General
Manager leading large teams through business turnarounds, organisation
restructures and cultural transformations.
Delphine has worked in different Divisions in Danone including Waters, Dairy & Plant
Based and Early Life Nutrition in France and the UK and has held several international positions at Corporate level as an Auditor and as Global Account Commercial Director.
As a General Manager, Delphine successfully led team engagement programmes to generate strong ownership around transformation and embed leadership behaviours to support the organisation.
As an Executice Coach & Consultant, Delphine is passionate about helping senior leaders and Executive Boards to become “the best version of themselves” and succeed in building and delivering their ambitions.

Delphine is a certified coach from Barefoot Coaching ICF PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching in the UK. She holds an MBA from HEC and a Master’s degree from KEDGE Business School in France and has benefitted from Danone Leadership programmes at INSEAD. Delphine is also a certified non-executive board member from EM Lyon
and sits on a number of advisory boards.
