Aesara Partners is delighted to announce that Lucile Schoumacher will be joining its team of esteemed coaches. Lucile comes to Aesara with over twenty years’ business experience in Europe, including seven years at Bouygues Construction in Paris and eight years at Kering Group, including four at Saint Laurent. She has also lived and worked in Italy.
Her extensive experience in human resources development and communication in the luxury, e-commerce, training and construction sectors will be an invaluable asset on Aesara’s bench. She has expertise in managing and steering organisational transformation projects and in-depth experience in managing change to improve business performance. She has led and coordinated teams at different levels: local, national and global, from strategic design to the execution of complex initiatives for sustainable performance in different international and multicultural environments.
Aside from her native French, Lucile is fluent in both English and Italian. She graduated from the French Press Institute and holds a Postgraduate M.Sc. Degree in Information and Communication. She is also DISC certified. Lucile completed the Barefoot Coach Training Course for Business & Personal Coaching at the University of Chester in the UK and has been developing an organisational consulting business in Paris since 2020. She supports leaders and managers in the transformation of their organisations, in particular by building and developing strategies and processes for leadership and talent development.
Lucile is particularly focussed on further developing her work on team dynamics, on the transformation and sustainable performance of organisations and on harnessing the power of impactful communication. Her programmes reflect her passion and focus on these particular areas of coaching practice.
