Tom has been working in people development for over twenty years. He is passionate about achieving sustainable behavioural change through the design and delivery of bespoke, practical learning programmes. Tom has worked across all sectors, coaching and facilitating learning for teams and individuals from middle management up to CEO level. He has built and delivered large-scale global leadership programmes for High Potential leaders across multiple sectors. In the role of coach or consultant, Tom strives to derive a deep understanding of client needs in order to create the best possible strategies to enable profound and lasting change in individuals and organisations.

Tom’s notable achievements have included designing and delivering a ten-month leadership programme for senior executives in a global technology business, establishing and running a leadership assessment centre in the Arabian desert, implementing a series of management and leadership development programmes in the jungles of South East Asia, designing and delivering a leadership and relationship management programme for senior leaders in a global bank in India.
The coaching practice that Tom delivers is built on a belief that it is our thinking that gets in the way of progress. Whether in an individual or group context he works to create successful relationships that can uncover what the limiting beliefs are, and reframe challenges into possibilities. Within a group context – through peer or team coaching – he works with his clients to co-create a journey to leverage the capabilities of all, using tools and activities to raise awareness, stimulate curiosity and build a generative environment.
