JOSIANNE ROBB JOINS THE AESARA PARTNERS' ASIA PACIFIC TEAM

Aesara Partners is delighted to announce the growth of its Hong Kong presence under a recent key appointment.
Our Hong Kong expansion is being led by Josianne Robb, a highly experienced and versatile executive coach whose diverse background complements the existing skills of the team based in Singapore. Josianne joined Aesara in May 2023 and has since begun working with clients in Hong Kong as well as across key areas of the Asia-Pacific region.
Josianne’s experience spans three decades in the financial services industry (investment & retail banking, insurance & consultancy) across multiple functions including marketing, operations, IT, business development, internal audit, change management and business transformation. Her diverse background allows her to bring first-hand knowledge of transformation to her clients, particularly for those at inflexion points in their careers, making her a valuable addition to the team.
In particular, her role as Regional Chief Digital Officer for Manulife saw her lead the organisation’s digital marketing transformation programme across Asia; knowledge she now uses to help clients gain valuable perspective on how technology supports a business and the importance of design thinking and customer-centricity.
Josianne is an execution and collaboration-led professional, which also makes her well-placed to assist senior executives wanting to enhance their ability to navigate complex multi-cultural organisations, improve cross-functional collaboration and break down internal silos. In this way, they’re able to sustain a positive working environment for themselves and their teams.
Based in Hong Kong since 2013, Josianne is originally from Belgium and has extensive experience working in various markets in Europe and APAC, which makes her a key part of Aesara’s regional and global growth plans.
Josianne holds a certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (Transcend International, HK) and is an ICF PCC accredited coach. She also holds certification as an NLP Master practitioner, Adaptability Quotient (AQ) assessor and Hogan assessor.
