JULIET FALLOWFIELD

Executive Coach & Consultant

UNITED KINGDOM | LONDON

Having lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, France, Germany and Canada, Juliet has a track record of success coaching in multi-national environments where differing cultural beliefs, values and expectations require leaders to adapt, understand their own biases and evolve how they communicate. Her coaching philosophy reflects her international experience and incorporates learning in areas such as High Performing Teams, Relationship Systems Intelligence, Systems Thinking, Ontology, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Somatic Practise and Narrative and Storytelling. She uses narrative frameworks and her own skills with language to help teams to articulate, align around and embody collective change journeys building the belief, hope and connection so needed by people everywhere in this VUCA age.

Whilst at University in Canada, Juliet worked with the fashion brand Benetton where she learned to manage and lead. She moved to London and worked as a Training Consultant before being invited to be Head of Learning and Development at Harrods. In 1995, she moved to Hong Kong to join the HayGroups’ (now Korn Ferry) Organisational Effectiveness practise and led projects in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, and South Korea. On moving to Japan in 2000 with two young children she set up an on-line business when e-commerce was still in its infancy. On moving to Singapore, she returned to leadership development, coaching entrepreneurs, leaders transitioning to larger roles and executives managing across cultures. She was elected to the board of the Singapore ICF. She fully understands the joys and challenges of dual career partnerships, being a ‘trailing spouse’ and, as a mother of three, what it takes to juggle conflicting priorities.

After returning to London she partnered with several Leadership Development consultancies – designing programmes, facilitating and coaching. In 2015, her interest in leading Systemic change brought her to work full-time with The Storytellers as a Senior consultant advising and coaching Executive teams to lead large-scale organisational transformation. Her clients included Airbus, ADP, Amey, FirstPort, Babcock, Hays Recruitment, Colt Technologies, Fidelity International and Tesco.

Now as an Associate Partner to Aesara, her passion for storytelling, experience with large-scale change and skills as a coach and facilitator combine to help organisations to grow, to bring teams into better relationship and ultimately to build more human, collaborative and sustainable workplaces.

When not with clients, you’ll find her in a yoga studio, skiing, hiking or wild swimming with her husband, friends and family. She has a BA from the University of British Columbia, is a certified co-active coach (CTI), a certified Ontological coach (Newfield Network) and a certified Organisation Relationships and Systems coach (CRR Global).
