Jodie’s Executive Coaching style is distinctively pragmatic and passionate. She brings inspiration with methodology to create the belief and capability to achieve sustainable change. She has a great personal understanding of leadership, change management and strategic thinking built on a 25-year career spanning global markets.

Her capability as an Executive Coach is underpinned by her natural curiosity and enthusiasm for collaborative thinking. Before training as an Executive Coach, Jodie’s career focused on strategy, communications and marketing. Based in Asia for seven years and later the UK as Marketing Director of investment bank CLSA then part of Credit Lyonnais Group, today owned by CITIC, covering 24 markets across Asia, Latin America and CEMEA. Following this, she established an international consultancy for financial and professional services Fin International – working with HSBC, ABN AMRO, GE to name a few. After having twins in 2008, Jodie and her family moved to Australia for 4 years where she was Marketing and Strategy Director for the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, playing a key role working with Marine Biologists, Corporate Partners, Media and Government. Of note was working with Goldman Sachs to design the first self-funding Not For Profit Bond in 2008 which was profiled in New York at The Clinton Foundation celebrated as one of 10 global initiatives of the year.

Jodie trained as an executive coach with Barefoot Coaching in the UK in 2008, accredited by Chester University. She joined The Preston Associates in 2008 and 2016 Jodie founded Aesara Partners which operates in London, Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong. Today she works across multiple countries and sectors including Multinationals, Private Equity & Start ups, FMCGs, Investment and Corporate Banks & Pharmaceuticals. She has specialist experience in authentic leadership, resilience, business turn around, career transitioning, empathy development, strategic challenge, enterprise collaboration and unlocking the potential of women in leadership.

Jodie coaches 1:1 for C-Suite / Managing Director level and high potentials. Jodie has built a strong reputation delivering High Performance Team & Board Coaching and regularly designs systemic Leadership and Culture Transformation Programmes.

Jodie is a member of the EMCC and ICF. She currently receives both 1:1 and group supervision from Helga St Blaize, and Nell Montgomery (both UKCP accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists). She is mentored in Neuroscience for leadership and behavioural change by Katarina Gospic; MD, PhD, MSc. Jodie is proficient in working with Jung based psychometrics and Hogan as well as TiEQ and Positive Intelligence. She has spent more than 10,000 hours coaching over the past 10 years.
