Stefania has deep management and business experience combined with a strong personal interest in the psychological aspects of people and organisations. Having been a leader in her family company, the entrepreneurial driven manufacturing Mamor Group, Stefania contributed to its successful international development through the acquisition of the company back from a private equity fund in 2004. Following this she joined multinational Mauser Group as Global Sales & Marketing Director and member of the Executive Board where she successfully managed strategic tasks related to extended M&A policy, post-merger reorganization, integration, change management, expatriation, recruitment and training of new teams.
Stefania graduated at INSEAD Executive MBA leadership program and went onto complete an EMBA and Masters in coaching at INSEAD. As an executive coach, Stefania works with executives to build stronger leadership – developing their own vision, strategy and style. Her practice builds self-aware leaders that understand leadership motivations and workplace behaviours’ – who utilize this knowledge to lead in even the most trying of situations. Her team interventions aim at boosting the executive team or group's strategic creativity. She helps build an understanding of communication paths and aims to build a trusting environment of appreciation of each team member's role. By challenging the 'status quo' - a new paradigm is created that allows for innovative and goal-oriented strategy to be placed, with the company's vision in focus.
Stefania has a strong experience in working with individuals and small groups of high potential women to help them transition to executive committees, board positions and clarify and implement their professional aspirations.
