Naomi joined Aesara Partners in 2018, shortly after the Company was founded. Prior to joining Aesara Naomi held roles in operations, communications & events management.
Since joining, she has driven the implementation of the Company’s IT systems and business processes required to support the rapid growth of Aesara Partners since its inception.
Today Naomi oversees the global operations of the company including HR, governance, partnerships, travel, and logistics across our different offices.
Naomi also heads up our coach and client onboarding systems and is our client’s main point of contact for contract negotiation.
Naomi is always keen to hear feedback and learn about new ideas and technologies which can enhance the experience for our coaches, clients and coachees.
