After 18 years in Asia, Katherine is now based in London where she works with Aesara Partners, INSEAD and IMD. Over the past decade, Katherine has coached over 500 senior leaders in over 30 countries. She has personal and in-depth understanding of the cross-cultural challenges facing global leaders today and brings that experience to bear when working with international leaders and their teams.
Katherine’s coaching style generates self-reflection yet remains pragmatic and always grounded on solid business outcomes. She sees her role as a thinking partner creating space for meaningful reflection and deliberative action. She uses humour and warmth but is always focused on delivering client objectives. She challenges clients to expand their thinking beyond established options by connecting who they are as a person with their role in the organization. The result; clients get to where they want to go faster and with a greater sense of purpose and engagement.
Her typical engagements include individual coaching for professionals being promoted to MD/ C-suite or Board level. She also regularly orks with groups and teams as part of organizational transformation initiatives. Underpinning all her work, Katherine helps clients increase their self-awareness, develop an authentic leadership style and improve the way they communicate with colleagues. She comfortably spans coaching across a variety of sectors including financial services, media, pharmaceuticals and luxury retail. Clients have included Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Thompson Reuters, Pfizer and Ermengildo Zegna to
name a few.
Prior to training as an Executive Coach, Katherine worked in financial publishing and media, leading special projects for Institutional Investor, and with Fortune Magazine and CNN. Katherine is qualified to use MBTI, Insights, GELM, LAQ, LVI and HBDI.
Katherine received her PG Cert in Executive Coaching from the University of Derby in 2006. She also received INSEAD Coaching Certification in 2018
