ANETA STEPIEN

Executive Coach & Consultant

Aneta combines her business knowledge and experience with relational neuroscience insight and resonant communication skills. A student of economics as an graduate (Warsaw School of Economics), she went on to earn an MBA University of Minnesota – WSE, then furthered her post-graduate studies of social psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. For the last 4 years she’s been studying interpersonal neurobiology and is now a certified Resonant Healing Practitioner.​

Aneta has been using her sound academic background combined with her extensive managerial experience and relational neuroscience lens to bring a unique set of competencies to her coaching and mentoring. She has extensive managerial and advisory experience in multinational companies (FMCG, publishing, advertising, professional services sectors) and is considered to be an expert in strategic management, communication and brand development.​

Aneta is a certified ICF PCC executive and team coach, management and leadership consultant. For last 12 years, she has supported organisations in strengthening leadership, developing employees and teams, building authentic engagement and cooperation as well as going smoothly through transformations. ​

Aneta is also an empathic communication and empathic leadership trainer and lecturer, she gives lectures and runs practical workshops on the Empathic Communication & Leadership faculty at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.​

As a group conflict facilitator and mediator rooted in Need-based Communication (NVC) and restorative justice philosophy she facilitates team conflict resolution workshops, restorative circles and business partners mediations.​

On the life coaching and therapy side she supports individuals, couples, teenagers and teenage parents.​

She is fluent in Polish, English and business standard Russian. ​
