Susan coaches executives in large multinational companies operating in Asia, spanning a broad range of industries. Her coaching assignments focus on emphasizing the partnership between the organization, the leader and the coach in order to achieve results that will be of the greatest mutual value to both the business and the coachee.

Susan has coached senior executives on a broad range of issues over the years, but often helps transitioning leaders in new stretch roles, leaders keen to develop their leadership skills, impact, presence, people management and personal effectiveness, interpersonal savvy, as well as helping executives more effectively navigate their organizations by being strategic in their relationship management.

For the past 20 years Susan has worked with business executives in a broad range of industries to enhance their capabilities, first in Boston and for the last 17 years across Asia in Hong Kong, Japan, China, Thailand and Singapore. For the last 25 years, she has worked in a clinical capacity helping people change the nature and direction of their lives. For 8 years she served as APAC Regional Director of Coaching Services for a global development firm for senior executives, Personnel Decisions International (PDI). She has worked with most of the top financial institutions in Asia, law firms and multinationals.

Susan’s professional qualifications include a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from the University of Denver (Colorado) and a Clinical internship at the Harvard Medical School / McLean Hospital (Massachusetts). She also has an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University (California), a BS in Psychology from Vanderbilt University (Tennessee), and is a Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts, USA and registered in Hong Kong.
