As an advisory specialist in business transformation and change management, Sabrina’s experience spans many industries, with particular depth in Pharmaceuticals, Banking and SMEs. Sabrina’s niche is business operational changes such as target operating model design and implementation, restructuring, tech transformation, mergers acquisitions and joint ventures. Sabrina’s involvement with diverse clients gives her unique insights that she brings to all engagements as well as an understanding of the practical issues that senior leaders face. Sabrina relies upon a number of tools such as her training as a Programme Management Professional (PMP), Design Thinking and certification in PROSCI, to tailor bespoke solutions for clients.

Sabrina believes environmental and social governance (ESG) is a burning platform that is good for our planet, business and will drive consumer behaviour. Leading Change for Sustainability at GSK Consumer Healthcare, Sabrina defined the case for change, strategy and approach for how Consumer Healthcare can effectively shift to a embed sustainability as a way of working. As Managing Partner of Build Global, Sabrina uses her social and economic expertise to advice clients on inclusive procurement. Her framework focuses particularly on building a diverse ecosystem and establishing supplier diversity.
