Takeshi is an enabler of organisations, teams and individuals to build core skills and abilities for driving organisational change, agile transformation & digital innovation programmes. He does this by leveraging three areas of competencies in Behavioural Coaching, Process Coaching and Organisation Development. He has acquired this depth of expertise against a backdrop of a combined 25+ year career of frontline business experience as banker with Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley and serial start-up entrepreneur, founding Lifecycle Pte. Ltd. which invests in Asia Pacific-based start-ups.
He is a facilitator and lecturer at his MBA alma mater INSEAD’s executive programme, and his clients tend to be multinationals, financial institutions and large regional corporates. He is frequently involved in innovation projects between financial institutions and fintechs, coming from this combined background and is passionate about working with start-up teams, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
Takeshi is a native Japanese speaker and completely fluent in English. He is trained as a professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) and a professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), is certified by the ICF (ACC) and IAPPC (CPPC, Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Level 2). He is also a member of the Association of Master Trainers in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
