Mike has enjoyed an international 35+ year career in the communication industry, spanning the fields of consumer marketing,
advertising, innovation and people & culture. These diverse yet connected experiences have seen him build a reputation in
and with many of the world’s leading organisations as a brand champion, with his work spanning the UK, EMEA, SE Asia &
Leaning on his work as an executive at GlaxoSmithKline, NewsCorp, Leo Burnett and Grey Worldwide, fused with the broad
portfolio of clients he’s partnered as a small business owner, Mike brings a whole world view of high performance, applying a
broad range of skills including executive performance coaching (team and individual), workshop facilitation, team building,
leadership development, business, brand & communication strategy and innovation / creative thinking.
He works with C-suite executives and their teams on a diverse range of cultural engineering programmes, helping to raise
individual, team and organisation wide performance. Whether via Executive Performance Coaching (team / individual),
workshop facilitation or conference platforms, Mike has helped to facilitate meaningful and lasting change across a wide
range of clients in multiple industry sectors and geographies. This has been made possible by working with business leaders
to uncover core cultural and business needs and opportunities, then co-creating and delivering scopes of work geared
towards the sustainable realisation of potential i.e. the pursuit of high-performance.
Mike trained as an executive coach in the UK with Achievement Specialists, is accredited in the Herrmann (HBDI) & Lumina
Leader profiling tools, Squadify (a real time team diagnostic), and is a Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) practitioner. He
draws on behavioural and performance science, researched frameworks, and his experience working with and for world
famous businesses and brands to powerful effect.
