Brigitte is an experienced coach, consultant, author, speaker and mentor with a career spanning 27 years in executive management, executive coaching and consulting. Her expertise is in empowering and unleashing leaders to optimize their true potential and achieve success on their terms through coaching, training and facilitation.

Best selling author of several personal productivity books and champion of launching successful leaders, Brigitte is dedicated to furthering the coaching industry in Australia and globally and has trained and developed many executive coaches. Brigitte’s coaching style is respectfully direct, evidence-based, compassionate and she expects the best for and from her clients. Brigitte is an advocate of mental health in the workplace and delivers innovative, inspiring and thought-provoking experiences for leadership teams to enhance awareness and skills in mental wellbeing.

Prior to her 15-year coaching career, Brigitte held senior management positions across several industries including automotive, banking, telecommunications and entertainment. Her expertise in leading large teams through complex strategic and operational change initiatives, delivered many successful outcomes from a profit and cultural perspective.
Brigitte coaches senior leadership teams in private equity, government, investment banking, education and health care among other industries.

Brigitte has a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, a Certificate IV in Coaching from the Life Coaching Academy (U.K.), practitioner level Neuro Linguistic Programming, Certificate in Executive Coaching, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Brigitte is an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Australia (MHFA) trainer, certified Strengthscope practitioner and experienced in a range of psychometric and diagnostic tools for coaching interventions.

Brigitte holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coach Federation.
